Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.
It has a balcony with a table and chairs where you will find a view of the main avenue of Praia da Rocha and the sea.
* There is covered parking for one car only in July and August.

Maximum capacity of 4 people.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. Cleaning during the stay comes at an extra cost.
