Privacy Policy
AllTravel Travel Agency guarantees customers the privacy, confidentiality and security of the data entered on its websites when registering, requesting a quote and/or exchanging communications.
By providing your personal data you accept this privacy policy, the booking policy and the terms and conditions.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) defines personal data as information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
The collection and processing of data, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), is the responsibility of the company AllTravel - Agência de Viagens e Turismo Lda. with the following contacts:

In addition to complying with legal obligations, the data may be used by the Agency or third parties contracted for this purpose. Under no circumstances will the user's data be disclosed to third parties without their express consent, unless it violates the terms and conditions of the service. In this case, the user's personal data may be used for civil and/or criminal liability purposes. The Agency will provide the user's data if it receives a court order to do so.
For the processing of data, maintenance and hosting and management of its computer systems, the Agency may contract specialized companies, even if they are based in the European Union, which undertake to comply with legal provisions and to ensure the secrecy and confidentiality of the data, which under no circumstances may be used by them.
When payment is made by credit card or electronically (e.g. PayPal), the data entered is not collected or processed by AllTravel but by the payment intermediary.
The data collected will be kept for the period necessary to provide the service and to comply with all tax obligations.
The holder of the personal data has the following rights in relation to it:
- Rectification;
- Erasure or the right "to be forgotten"
- Treatment Limitation;
- Portability;
- Opposition;
- Automated individual decisions.
Any questions regarding the collection and processing of personal data can be reported to the e-mail address indicated above and in the event of a complaint to the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
Customers can update or change their personal data at any time. AllTravel is not responsible for information entered by customers, employees or third parties.
Considering the nature, scope of the information and purposes of the processing of personal data, AllTravel applies the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure and prove that the processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.
The Client and user accepts and acknowledges that access to the websites https://beta.alltravelexperiences.eu, http://transfers.alltravel.pt, http://activities.alltravel.pt, http://airport-transfers-faro.com and http://turcartaxi.com may involve the use of cookies. Cookies are small files that store information on each user's browser so that the server can recognize certain information. Cookies do not retrieve personal information from the user's hard disk. The user can configure their browser so as not to receive cookies
Children's privacy
Our website is not intended for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children have provided us with personal data, please Contact Us. If we learn that we have collected personal data from children without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Apartments
All the apartments mentioned on the website are not owned by Alltravel but have an operating contract between the owner and the agency.
All the photographs of the apartments were taken by the agency's staff and are copyrighted. They correspond to the total reality of each apartment.
For vacation apartments, the client must
Not allowed:
- Having parties on the property
- Pets
- Smoking inside and letting the smell in
- If there are more people than initially confirmed, there will be a fine equal to the amount of the deposit.
- Under no circumstances may the tenant make a copy of the keys
The Guest must:
- Keeping the house in perfect condition for the period agreed between both parties.
- Use the available means of comfort (heating, air conditioning, etc.), mobile appliances in a comfortable and reasonable way.
- Notify the owner of any damage, faults or accidents found during the stay by the end of the check-in day at 11.59pm.
- Don't disturb the neighbors
- Respect the property's regulations if it is part of a building, residence or tourist development.
- Be careful to avoid disturbances that cause discomfort and affect the tranquility and rest of neighbors (hours of use of certain household appliances). In this sense, it is strictly forbidden by law to make noise between 11pm and 7am the next day.
- The apartments have a first aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher for emergency situations. If the fire extinguisher is misused, the guest will have to buy a new one.
- In case of use, you must communicate this information to the Reception of the local accommodation
Guest Duties
At check-in:
- Check that the apartment is working properly
At check-out:
Departure no later than 11:00
The guest must leave the apartment in good condition, clean, furniture put back if moved, take out all the garbage and leave all the dishes washed.
The client assumes responsibility for leaving the apartment in good condition, as it was delivered at the beginning of the stay, this involves taking out the garbage, leaving the dishes washed, vacuuming / sweeping up excess sand, not bringing pets and not smoking inside the accommodation.
Security deposit
The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 5 working days of the check-out date.
In the event of one of the following options, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained
- Presence of pets without prior authorization
- Presence of debris, garbage and/or dirty dishes
- Lost and/or damaged bed linen or towels, including dyed ones
- Parties on the estate
- Damage caused by the guest (breakage of doors, glass, appliances)
- More people present than the permitted limit
- Loss of key or leaving the key inside the apartment / in the lock, if it is outside of working hours will be charged 30€
- Theft of household contents
Inventory of sheets and towels
You have until the end of the day of check-in until 23:59 hours to claim any damage or anomalies in the apartment, we also ask that you check at the time of check-in that the number of sheets and towels corresponds to the number in this document. After the next day of check-in, any loss or damage to materials will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Double bed - 1 bottom sheet + 1 top sheet + 2 pillowcases
- Single bed - 1 bottom sheet + 1 top sheet + 1 pillowcase
- Sofa bed - 1 bottom sheet + 1 top sheet + 1 pillowcases
- Bathroom - 1 Outlet
- Towels - For each person on the reservation you will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel.
The presence of make-up, hair dye or other products on the towels and/or sheets will incur a penalty of €20 for each towel/sheet damaged.
Responsibilities
The Alltravel Agency is not responsible for material goods including guests' vehicles during their stay in the event of theft or robbery, either in the accommodation or in the common areas.
In the event of theft or robbery, report it to the police
Alltravel is not responsible for opening doors if keys are left inside the apartments. The cost of intervention by the police, fire department or specialized technician will always be the responsibility of the occupant.
In the event of the loss of keys (apartment and building entrance), door chip and garage or building gate control, there are costs. As well as being obliged to report the loss of keys immediately, you will have to pay the full cost of fitting a new lock (from €50.00), keys (€10/unit), as well as the chip, remote control and/or garage door (€40.00).
Alltravel is not responsible for anomalies, damage or malfunctioning of equipment in the common areas of the buildings.
The swimming pools are subject to maintenance caused by force majeure without prior notice, so we cannot be held responsible for not allowing access to them during the period of the event.
By making the prepayment, the client agrees and accepts the rules/conditions of the reservation and the property.

Transfers
All the vehicles are owned by Alltravel, a travel and tourism agency, and the Clean & Safe Seal will also be used on them.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings already paid for will not be refunded when canceled less than 24 hours before the day of the service or when the client fails to show up without prior notice.
Vehicle rules
- Smoking or eating is not allowed in the vehicles.
- Alltravel reserves the right to refuse to transport customers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who are considered a risk to our drivers.
Forgotten goods
alltravel is not responsible for any goods left in the vehicles. If it is necessary to send them back, the cost will be borne by the customer.
Punctuality and delays
- We will do our best to arrive at Faro Airport on time and pick you up on your return to Faro Airport at the pre-arranged time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control Ex. Traffic delays, weather conditions with police stoppages, etc.
- However, we will contact you whenever possible in the event of such an occurrence.
- We reserve the right to leave your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre-arranged pick-up time if a member of your group does not inform our driver of their delay.
Procedures at the airport
We will wait approximately 1 hour after your arrival time in Faro. If there are any problems with luggage, please let us know by sending 1 member of your group to meet us at arrivals. If you are traveling alone, please call us to let us know.
