  • APARTMENTS

All the apartments mentioned on our website are not Alltravel’s property, these are owned by persons who have a contract with Alltravel and Alltravel is responsible for the managment.

Al the Fotos of the apartment were taken by Alltravel and have all rights reserved.

For the apartments the guest must:

    -Not allowed:

    Hold parties inside the property
    Pets
    Smoking inside the accommodation and letting the smell enter
    If there are more people than initially confirmed, there will be a fine equal to the deposit amount.
    The tenant cannot, under any circumstances, make a copy of the keys
    -The Guest must:

    Maintain a house in perfect condition during the period agreed between both parties.
    Use available comfort resources (heating, air conditioning, etc.), mobile appliances in a comfortable and reasonable way.
    Notify the owner, by the end of the check-in day at 11:59 pm, of any damages, malfunctions, accidents found during the stay.
    Don’t disturb the neighbors
    Respect the property regulations, if it is part of a building, residence or tourist development.
    Be careful to avoid disturbances that cause discomfort and affect the tranquility and rest of the neighborhood (times of use of certain devices). In this sense, between 11pm and 7am the following day it is prohibited by law to make noise.
    The apartments have a first aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher for emergency situations. Improper use of the device will result in the hospital purchasing a new one.
    In case of use, you must communicate this information to the reception of the local accommodation
    Hospital Duties:
    -No check-in:

    Check the proper functioning of the apartment
    -No check-out: Check-out no later than 11:00am

    The guest must leave the apartment in good condition, clean, furniture placed in its place if moved, remove all rubbish and leave all dishes washed.
    The client assumes the responsibility for leaving the apartment in good condition, as it was delivered at the beginning of the stay, this involves taking out the trash, leaving the dishes washed, vacuuming/sweeping excess sand, not bringing pets and not smoking inside the accommodation

    The security amount is refunded by bank transfer within 5 working days after check-out details

    If one of the following options is selected, the value of the caution will be retained in its entirety

    Presence of reserve animals without prior authorization
    Presence of debris, trash and/or dirty dishes
    Lost and/or damaged bed linen or towels, including dyed ones
    Parties on the property
    Damage caused by the guest (breakage of doors, glass, appliances)
    Number of people present higher than the permitted limit
    Loss of the key or leaving the key inside the apartment / in the lock, if outside working hours you will be charged €30

    Inventory of sheets and towels

    You have until the end of the check-in day until 11:59 pm to complain about any damages or anomalies in the apartment. We also ask that you check at check-in that the quantity of sheets and towels corresponds to the number found in this document. After the day following check-in, loss or damage to materials will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

    Double bed – 1 bottom sheet + 1 top sheet + 2 pillowcases
    Single bed – 1 bottom sheet + 1 top sheet + 1 pillowcase
    Sofa bed – 1 bottom sheet + 1 top sheet + 1 pillowcase
    Bathroom – 1 bathroom exit
    Towels- For each person you have on your reservation you will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel
    The presence of makeup, hair dye or other products on towels and/or sheets will incur a penalty of €20 for each dirty towel/sheet.

    Responsibilities:
    The Alltravel Agency is not responsible for material assets, including guests’ vehicles, during their stay in the event of theft or robbery in the accommodation or in common spaces.
    In case of theft or theft, it must be reported to the police

    The Alltravel agency is not responsible for opening doors if keys are left inside the apartments. The cost of intervention by the police, firefighters or specialized technician will always be the responsibility of the occupant.

    In case of loss of keys (apartment and building entrance), door chip and garage remote control or cancellation of the building, there will be costs. In addition to having the obligation to immediately report the loss of keys, they will have to bear the entire cost of installing a new lock (from €50.00), keys (€10/unit), as well as the chip, remote control and /or garage cancellation (€40.00).

    When making the prepayment, the customer agrees and accepts the rules/conditions of the reservation and the property.

  • TRANSFERS

All vehicles are owned by Alltravel travel and tourism agency, Selo Clean & Safe will also be used on them.
Regarding reservations already paid for, they are not refunded when cancelled less than 24 hours before the day of the service or when the customer does not show up without prior notice.
It is not allowed to smoke or eat in the vehicles.
Alltravel reserves the right to refuse the transport of customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered to be a risk for our drivers.
Alltravel is not responsible for items forgotten in the vehicles, if it is necessary to send them, the cost will be borne by the customer.
We will do our best to arrive at Faro airport on time and pick you up on your return to Faro Airport at the pre-arranged time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. Traffic delays, compliance with weather conditions with police stops, etc. However, we will contact you where possible in the event of such an occurrence.
We reserve the right to leave your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre-established pick-up time if a member of your group fails to inform our driver of your delay.

We will wait approximately 1 hour after your arrival time in Faro. If there is any problem with luggage, please let us know by sending 1 member of your group to meet us at arrivals. If you are traveling alone, call us to let us know.
